Problem outside the venue named Abacus on Cornhill EC3 (Complain)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing problem outside the venue named Abacus on Cornhill EC3. I am a London taxi-cab driver and would like to report to you the illegal ranking of mini-cabs outside this venue and the use of a clipboard operator on the public highway/pavement which I am led to believe is illegal.

Double yellow lines are placed on both sides of the highway on Cornhill and this is a very busy narrow road which taxi-cabs and buses need to use on a 24 hour basis yet large numbers of mini-cabs seem able to park at will and impede the flow of legitimate public transport.

If it is the will of the corporation to allow mini-cabs to park/rank at this venue I would kindly request a taxi stand be placed so myself and my colleagues could at the very least offer the services of a London taxi-cab to patrons of the establishment named Abacus.

Yours Sincerely,
